About Dina
A teacher for every stage of the journey
I am a dedicated piano teacher and music educator with more than 40 years of teaching experience. I graduated with distinction from the Odessa State Music Conservatory and hold both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Piano and Music Education.
Throughout my career, I have taught students at every stage of their musical development — from young beginners starting as early as age 5 to highly accomplished pianists pursuing advanced university studies and professional careers.

I have had the privilege of preparing more than 100 professional pianists at the college and university level, including students pursuing Bachelor's and Master's degrees in piano. At the same time, developing young talent has always been an important part of my teaching — I enjoy introducing children to music, building a strong foundation from their very first lessons, and watching them grow into confident, accomplished musicians.
My teaching approach combines piano technique, musicianship, music theory, and artistic interpretation with an individualized program designed around each student's age, abilities, interests, learning style, and goals.

MTAC Certificate of Merit
A structured path for long-term musical growth
Dina is a member of the Music Teachers' Association of California (MTAC). Each year, her students successfully participate in the MTAC Certificate of Merit® program, progressing through its levels in both piano performance and music theory — including students who complete the program through its most advanced levels.
Why it matters
Certificate of Merit gives students clear goals and a structured path for long-term musical development. Even for students who don't plan to become professional musicians, progressing through the program builds discipline, perseverance, and a long-term commitment to music — qualities that stand out on a college and extracurricular profile.
Competitions & Performance
Students consistently participate in and win piano competitions at the Bay Area, California, and national levels, earning opportunities to perform at prestigious venues — including Carnegie Hall in New York City.
